5 Pranas - 5 Expressions of our Energy

The supported asanas taught in this workshop will give rest to the body as well as the mind. Guidance will be given to extend and expand in the pose. This will create room within for the breath to move freely within the space. The breath will be directed to various locations in the body with each location having a different effect. A talk will introduce the 5 major energy centers in the body, their location, movement, and function.
